Rachel is an experienced facilitator and trainer who specialises in wellbeing, resilience and productivity. Her business Sparkhouse, offers tailored workshops to a wide variety of groups, teams, businesses and corporates. Her fundamental belief is that by being mindful and understanding the nature of thought, you have the ability to change or improve anything in your life.
She has extensive experience working across Australasia in both the private and public sectors supporting individuals and teams to manage stress and change, improve productivity and prioritise their well-being. She is passionate about the benefits of mindfulness and supporting women who are juggling multiple demands and expectations. Based in Cambridge, as a working mother of 3 teenage daughters, these challenges are not unfamiliar to her!
The three week course covers how mindfulness supports our everyday coping strategies and happiness and includes topics such as: overthinking, worrying, stress, guilt, procrastination, self criticism, self-care. If you regularly feel overwhelmed and stressed, or life just feels a struggle - this course is for you!
