Plan Change 19 [PC19] Cook/Shakespeare Street You're invited to an online breakfast workshop to be held at 7:30am to 8.30am on 16 November 2021 .
We're hosting this workshop along with the Waipa District Council and would appreciate it if you can make the time to come along and tell us your ideas for the Cook and Shakespeare St area. Waipā District Council is intending to undertake a plan change that will review the zoning of two commercial areas in Cambridge. Carters Flat, and the area on the corner on Cook Street and Shakespeare Street. Waipā District Council would now like to consult with the business owners in the area. WDC have already heard ideas for this area through the Cambridge Town Concept Plan project, but now would like to identify some specifics for the Cook /Shakespeare area. An expert has been employed to help translate your ideas into a Local Area Plan, and from there include provisions in the District Plan that suit business owners now and into the future.
