Plan Change 19 [PC19] Carters Flat You’re invited to an online breakfast workshop to be held at 7:30am to 9:00am on 11 November 2021 . We’re hosting this workshop along with the Waipa District Council and would appreciate it if you can make the time to come along and tell us your ideas for the Carters Flat area. Waip? District Council is intending to undertake a plan change that will review the zoning of two commercial areas in Cambridge – Carters Flat, and the area on the corner on Cook Street and Shakespeare Street. Waip? District Council would now like to consult with the business owners in the Carters Flat area. WDC have already heard ideas for this area through the Cambridge Town Concept Plan project, but now would like to identify some specifics for the Carters Flat area. An expert has been employed to help translate your ideas into a Local Area Plan, and from there include provisions in the District Plan that suit business owners now and into the future.
