Cancellation and refund policy
It is the Chambers intention to run the event. In the event of cancellation due to any pandemic, government-related restrictions or sustainability, 50% of the ticket price will be kept in order to pay suppliers and set costs incurred at the outset of initiating this event.
Should a registered attendee cancel for any reason, the following cancellation penalties will apply

Outside of 7 working days prior to the event, a 15% cancellation cost per ticket, processing fee will apply.
Inside 10 working days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
There will be no refund on tickets cancelled 72 hours or less prior to the event, or a no show at the event.
