Event Description:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Cambridge Chamber of Commerce Inc
will be held on Thursday, 3rd December 2026 at 5.30 pm,
at Cambridge Cricket Pavillion.

 
Nomination to the Board: The Board consists of a minimum of six (6) and a maximum of nine (9) persons. At least six (6) of the Board Members must be elected by the Members. The Board has the ability to co-opt up to three (3) other Board Members from time to time, provided that the maximum number of Board Members is not exceeded.

There are four (04) positions available. A Position Description is available upon request.
Candidates for election of office shall be nominated and seconded by full financial member of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce with the written consent of the nominee.
