Hi, I'm a Business Operations Strategist. I provide flexible, embedded operational leadership for growing service-based businesses.

I work with people who started their business because they're brilliant at what they do.

But somewhere along the way, running it took over. Now they're buried in the business of running it.

Every decision lands on their desk. Every problem needs them in the middle of it. The team is busy but confused — unclear on roles, priorities, and how things should work. The owner/founder is so deep in the day-to-day there's no space to think, let alone lead.

That's exactly where I come in.

I bring immediate operational relief while building the systems, structure and foundations that keep working after I'm gone. I don't hand you a report and disappear. I roll up my sleeves and work alongside your people.
