The People Development Specialists helps business owners, managers and individuals make sense of the challenges, decisions and opportunities that can make work feel unnecessarily complicated.

Sometimes it’s about leading people, having a difficult conversation or working out what to do next. Sometimes there are simply too many tabs open in your head and you need the space to sort through them, decide what really matters and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I’m a qualified coach and experienced facilitator with more than 25 years’ experience working with people and organisations in New Zealand and internationally. I work with individuals, business owners and teams through coaching, facilitation, Strengthscope® and practical leadership and team development.

My approach is thoughtful, practical and down to earth. I won’t tell you how to run your business or your career. Instead, I help you step away from the day-to-day noise, untangle your thinking, see things from different perspectives and focus your energy where it will make the biggest difference.

Based in Cambridge, I work with clients across the Waikato and further afield, both in person and online.
