The rules have changed for Job Checks, Accredited Employer Work Visas, visa length, whether or not people can bring dependent family members… Many employers who applied for Employer Accreditation one or two years ago are finding it’s a bit complicated to renew it, or they have unintentionally not met their full compliance requirements.
