Based in the Waikato, Waitomo remains proudly family-owned and has built a reputation for challenging industry norms while maintaining a strong commitment to customers, communities, and whānau. Jimmy is passionate about creating opportunities for future generations and growing a business with purpose.
Gareth van der Heyden
Gareth van der Heyden is the CEO of Better Eggs, a Waikato-based, family-owned business and New Zealand's second-largest egg producer. Better Eggs supplies more than 4.8 million eggs each week and employs over 200 people across its farming, grading, distribution, sales and marketing functions. Gareth is passionate about developing great people, and ensuring family-owned businesses continue to thrive for future generations.
